Boot Mac OS from an SD card

This is good to know.  So many ways to boot the Mac OS!

  1. Internal HD
  2. External HD
  3. CD-ROM
  4. DVD-RAM
  5. SD Card
  6. Firewire to another bootable volume

Am I missing anything?
