Apple Again Tops HP, Dell in Customer Satisfaction

Apple really does have great service.  One of the best that I have experienced.  The only thing that comes close to the same level of service has been Volvo.  They once did a very expensive $1600 repair for “customer goodwill”.  I was stunned and grateful since I was financially strapped at that point.  Its a terrible car, expensive and not worth it, but I do have to give them props for that.
