Offered “free” mouse last week

I received an email that said that I could order a mouse for “free” with a special promo code and review it on my website.  Since none of my reviews are paid, and I don’t accept paid endorsements I didn’t take the person up on his offer.  Has anyone received any solicitations for free stuff for a review of it?
