Book Review: Cooking Green: Reducing Your Carbon Footprint in the Kitchen

Some of these suggestions are dangerous and the information is wrong.  This is an entry level book that needs more research.  I like the concept but I can’t trust it.  Click here to read the Amazon reviews.
