Cannot map idisk on WIndows XP Pro

This article has the link and instructions.  Thanks Gachaman!  “i’ve never had a proble~ wait, don’t wanna jinx m’self…

1) be sure you have the latest ver of iTunes and MMCP.

2) for XP, make sure you have that MS update installed (the one in the KB article from the other thread; KB907306). for Vista it’s the same plus KB945435. These can be found off of MS’s downloads site.

3) next part is tricky… there are two methods for mounting a network drive and up to six different credential entry methods.

try the one off the Apple article (HT3264). and here are the six different credential methods:

http://idisk.me.com/name
http://idisk.me.com/name/
http://idisk.me.com/name?

http://idisk.mac.com/name
http://idisk.mac.com/name/
http://idisk.mac.com/name?

3′) the other method is to open explorer > tools > map network drive > enter one of the above directly in the ‘Folder’ line (assign a drive letter is optional). Then you will be prompted for your username (MMe name by itself) and pw.”
