Battery not charging – Macbook

Battery not charging I have a Macbook that 10.6 will say “Not Charging” when plugged in and less than 90% charge.  I have done the suggested SMC reset and it does not help.  Apple Portables: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)

I am trying this now MacBook Pro Battery ‘Service Battery’ after Snow Upgrade.  In that post is the location of where to trash the PowerManagement.plist or use Spotlight to find it.  Nope still an issue.  Read here for more possible solutions.  Apple Portables: Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters
