Why can’t Apple figure out Keynote to QuickTime???

Why can’t Apple figure out Keynote to QuickTime??? The bottom line of this thread is that exporting keynote presentations to quicktime doesn’t seem to include the audio track.  I have never tried this but find this surprising.  Has anyone gotten this to work?  There are work arounds with 3rd party software with Screenflow or Camtasia.
