What Mac email program should I use?

This Apple forum post Why Mail over Entourage gives some reasons why a person should choose one over the other.  I think the decision is simple for someone.  If you have to connect to an exchange server usually in a business environment get Entourage.  Yes Mail does have some support for Exchange but this is a new development, and Entourage is proven to work.  Most everyone else can use mail if they don’t webmail.  The case for Entourage on Snow Leopard
